In response to the growing demand for professionally trained Christian school and church administrators, a graduate division of Shasta Bible College was launched and approved in 1999 by the Board of Trustees and TRACS. The Master of Science degree in School/Church Administration is designed for individuals currently holding or seeking a position as a Christian school administrator, church/school business manager, principal, assistant principal, or supervisor.
In 2003, a second Masters degree program was initiated in the fields of Biblical Counseling and Christian Family Life Education. Both programs provide pastors, Christian schoolteachers and other Christian workers with Biblically based precepts and principles for effective church-related counseling and family ministries.
